📦 Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

‣ All online purchases (excluding cosmetics and fragrances) are eligible for exchange.

‣ Exchanges can be made online within 7 days of delivery.

‣ Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

‣ A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.

Conditions for Exchange

‣ Items must be unused with all original tags intact.

‣ Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the original invoice.

‣ For defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items, photo proof must be shared with our customer service team.

‣ Products delivered in boxes (e.g., luxury unstitched collections) must be returned with complete original packaging.

  2. If eligible, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

  3. Once verified, the exchange process is typically completed within 7–10 business days.

Note: For in-store exchanges, customers must bring the original invoice and ensure that all product tags are intact.


🚚 Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

‣ Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

‣ Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

‣ Valid proof of purchase (order invoice or confirmation email) is required.

‣ Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items.

  2. After verification, a credit voucher equal to the purchase amount will be issued.
